1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Goba Labs, including but not limited to Shopify applications available through the Shopify App Store.

2. Services

Goba Labs provides software applications for the Shopify eCommerce platform. Our apps are designed to automate and optimize various aspects of your online store operations.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

App subscriptions are managed through the Shopify App Store. Billing cycles, payment processing, and refund policies are governed by Shopify's terms of service in addition to our own.

4. Data Processing

By using our apps, you grant Goba Labs access to certain store data as required for app functionality. We process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).

5. Liability

Goba Labs provides its services “as is” and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
